Several of your views are awesome... I see that there are two layers of glass. I get the feeling you really want people to be on display when they are in this space. Could you experiment with other materials that produce the same effect as glass but allow sound to pass through...
I think your on to something here. Especially having the second stair doing something different like chris mentioned earlier. Now, what going to happen in the clear glass cylinder core?
